Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The best times to call to make an appointment are between 9:00 and 11:30 am and between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. Note: If you must cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we may make your appointment time available to another patient.
Telephone communication is a vital part of the care we provide. Via the telephone, you always have access to us when you need us. Our registered nurses will answer your questions, provide information, and consult with your provider when needed. Your call, as well as your medical chart, will be evaluated by the nurse soon after your call is received. She will return your call based on medical priority. Questions Regarding Your Health
