Our office is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The best times to call to make an appointment are between 9:00 and 11:30 am and between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive late.
Note: If you must cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we may make your appointment time available to another patient.
Telephone communication is a vital part of the care we provide. Via the telephone, you always have access to us when you need us. Our registered nurses will answer your questions, provide information and consult with your provider when needed. Your call, as well as your medical chart, will be evaluated by the nurse soon after your call is received. She will return your call based on medical priority.

It is best to ask for refills at the time of your visit. With your doctor’s approval, we will send your prescription refill electronically to the pharmacy of your choice within 48 hours. Because it may take the full 48 hours to process your request, it is best to call for a refill well before your supply runs out! Please remember that not all prescriptions can be refilled by phone; some will require a visit with your provider. If you have a prescription that is urgent due to your medical condition, we will send it electronically by 5:00 p.m. on the day it is prescribed. We suggest that you check with your pharmacy before going in to pick up your medication to be sure the prescription has reached them.
We receive results in 1-2 weeks after testing. You will be notified immediately if your test shows abnormal results. If your Pap is normal, you will receive a letter in the mail.
Biopsy results are received in 5 to 7 days. Your provider or nurse will notify you after the results have been reviewed.
We usually receive other test results in 5 to 10 days. Your provider will review the results the day they are received, provided he or she is in the office that day. If your test shows an abnormal result, you will be notified. You will not routinely be notified of normal test results unless your provider feels it is necessary due to the nature of the test.
Screening Mammograms can be scheduled without an order. If you feel you have a breast problem or need a diagnostic mammogram please call our office to schedule an appointment with your provider.
Your decision to undergo a surgical procedure is the first step in a complex and coordinated process to provide a smooth and informative experience in the scheduling of your preoperative, surgical and post-operative care.
We will process all information related to your surgical procedure and will contact you in three to five business days. If your surgery involves a physician from another practice it may take longer to coordinate schedules.
We will contact you by telephone and in writing regarding appointment time and dates for your surgery, pre-op and post-op appointments and any required pre-op and post-op testing. You will also receive written information from our Insurance Specialist to assist you with your communication with your insurance carrier.
The date of your surgery is dependent on the schedules of numerous individuals and the surgery suite at Bronson. Due to the availability of these factors, the date of your surgery may be two to three months after the date your physician provides the scheduling team with your request. Please call and notify our office at 345-6197 immediately if you have any plans that need to be taken into consideration before your surgical procedure and related appointments are scheduled.

A physician from our practice is available to you 24 hours a day for urgent or emergency calls. After regular business hours, our phone is answered by an automated voice-mail answering system. The system will provide instructions on how to contact our physician on call if you have an emergency. However, we ask that you leave a confidential message on our voice-mail system if you need to:
- Schedule or reschedule an appointment
- Request a prescription refill
- Ask a non-urgent medical question
Call our office and leave a message for all non-urgent/non-emergent matters such as prescription refill requests, or appointment requests.
